Our empanadas are inspired by our Caribbean roots, while incorporating flavors from the USA—a true fusion of flavors that brings together the best of both worlds. Every empanada is crafted with care—our dough is prepared in-house, our fillings are made from scratch, and each empanada is lovingly rolled, filled, and baked fresh when you order.

About the Owners
Empanada Noshery is owned and operated by Gabe & Lorena, a husband-and-wife team with deep roots in Latin culture and a passion for food.
Empanada Noshery is owned and operated by Gabe & Lorena, a husband-and-wife team with deep roots in Latin culture and a passion for food.
Gabe, originally from Puerto Rico, spent many years in the financial industry, while Lorena, originally from the Dominican Republic, has built a career in the pharmaceutical industry.

As lifelong foodies who love sharing their home-learned cooking skills, they had always dreamed of owning a restaurant. When the opportunity arose to purchase the old empanada business in town, they jumped at the chance, especially considering Lorena's fond memories of making empanadas (or pastelitos as they are known in DR) with her mom and grandmother as a child. With a fresh rebrand, new and improved recipes, and an expanded menu, they brought Empanada Noshery to the North Penn area, offering delicious, handcrafted flavors to the community.
